The Antares Apartment was built as a family house in 2018, but from February 13, 2024 it operates as an independent apartment after a minor renovation.
Due to its original function, the two-storey, 135 m2 house is suitable for accommodating a family of 5-8 people, a group of friends or a small work team, where self-sufficiency and socializing can be comfortably solved during rest.
Downstairs (67,5 m2) you can find
- the well-equipped, spacious kitchen and dining room connected to the terrace,
- the living room
- and a bathroom with shower and toilet,
upstairs (67,5 m2)
- 4 bedrooms of 8-12 m2,
- a spacious bathroom with toilet
- and a separate toilet.
We solve the heating and cooling with the most modern heat-air pump system, so even those who are sensitive to classic air conditioning equipment and prone to allergies can feel comfortable with us in winter and summer. You can park in the yard and in front of the building free of charge.
Based on individual agreement, the house can accommodate more than 8 people. It can be expanded with +2 sleeping places, and in cooperation with the neighboring Szíriusz Apartmanház, we are also trying to find a solution for a larger group.
Upon request, buffet breakfast and/or dinner can be ordered in 2 nearby hotels (350-500 m away). We welcome your individual requests (e.g. children's bed, high chair, children's bathtub, access to the spa).
The construction of the on-site e-car charging facility is in progress, until then it can also be done from the network within 5 meters by prior arrangement.
The location of the house is excellent: the entrance to the Gyula Castle Bath and the city center are a 3-minute walk away. Without a car, all attractions (e.g. Gyula Castle, Százéves Cukrászda, Wenckheim-Almássy Castle, Csigakert, Göndöcs garden) can be reached in no more than 10 minutes.
There are many other excellent dining options near the apartment; hamburger bars, pizza restaurants, terrace restaurants, bakeries selling fresh baked goods.
Almost all supermarket chains are represented in the city, such as Tesco, Interspar, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rossmann, DM.
A colorful and bustling market operates 3 days a week.
