The apartment building that can host 14 people in 4 studio apartments with separate entrances is suitable for social gatherings of friends as well as individuals.
All studios (2 of them hosting 3+1 person and another 2 for 2+1 person) have their own bathroom + toilet, well equipped kitchenette and connection to the garden and terrace. Parking is available in the courtyard and in front of the building for free.
The location is excellent: the entrance of Gyula Castle Spa and the heart of the city is three minutes walk away. The famous sights (Castle of Gyula, Százéves Confectionary, Wenckheim-Almássy Castle, Csiga Garden) can be reached in ten minutes on foot.
There's cold buffet breakfast and/or dinner available in two hotel restaurants nearby (350-500 meters away), should there be demand. Custom requests (crib, high chair, admission ticket to the bath) are welcome.
