Almásy Mansion Stefánia Wing

The wing adjoining the impressive main building of the mansion was renovated between 2019 and 2020. This section of the building is named after Stefánia Jankovich, the wife of Count Joseph Wenckheim, who once lived there.

The wing was reconstructed in an authentic style. It houses a 'csemegetárʹ, where you can buy and taste local delicacies, a cooking school and an elegant event space.

The ballroom of the Stefánia Wing, which can be rented for exclusive family celebrations and other events, is an exclusive venue with stylish furnishing and a sophisticated atmosphere. It can seat a maximum of 160 guests in the ballroom and it can host conferences for up to 180 people. The magnificent park surrounding the baroque mansion and the exquisite setting ensures a one-of-a-kind experience for those who attend events here.

In the Gyulai Csemegetár you can get a taste of, and buy local and regional products and culinary specialities, such as sausages, pálinka, beer, honey and syrups. In the tasting area, visitors can sample these specialties and also the dishes prepared in the show kitchen.

Groups can also be catered for in a contemporary setting, on request. We can also provide hot meals for package tour groups and students on class trips at a reasonable price, provided you place your order in advance.
