The chapel was built in 1760 by Baron Ferenc Harruckern. It is situated on top of an earth pyramid that was built around 2000 BC. The apse is framed by pilasters and opened by an arch. The chapel has a pediment and in its small vaulted space there are six wooden sculptures. The reliefs on the 14 Stations of the Cross are the work of the sculptor György Kiss, they were completed during the 1996 renovation.
