It started in Gyula as a family business in the autumn of 2013. The city of Gyula is proud of having a tradition in sausage and meat production for over 150 years. As a small-scale producer with more than 30 years of experience, I produce artisanal butcher's products using only natural spices, free of allergens and additives on my parents’ farm. My products include Gyula’s thin sausage; thick sausage stuffed in kuláré; smoked home-made liver; smoked bacon; English bacon; Kolozsvári bacon; and real cured ham, as well as pork cheese; sausage for frying; grilled sausage; liver sausage; blood sausage; cracklings; and fried home-made lard.
